She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Decker and Leota Smith; her husband Hugh S. Harvey; and her siblings, Christine McAree, Edith Doudney, Lillian Hukill, Jessie Decker, Scott Decker and Z. D. Brown.
She is survived by: her son Hugh Dale Harvey; her granddaughters, Sheila Harvey and Paula Johnson (Bobby); her great grandchildren, Samantha Johnson, Joshua Johnson, Joseph White and Benjamin Reid; her great great grandchild Jackson Frey; and her sister Ann Staggs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
