It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Laura Jean Barrett (Emory, Texas), born in Sulphur Springs, Texas, who passed away on August 21, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, W. C. Asbill, Bobby Asbill, Patricia Asbill and Iva Nell Ratliff. She is survived by: her son Kelly Barrett (Joyce) of Emory; her siblings, Donna Kirkpatrick of Emory and Roger Asbill of Emory; and her grandchildren, Lilly Barrett, Nate Carista and Molly Carista Numerous.
