He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Allen Shelton and Jannie Pearl Fenter Shelton; his sister Kay Chastain; his nephew Jacob Sikes; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Sikes and Robert Chastain.
He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Hooten (Larry) and Linda Sikes; his niece Kristi Sikes; his nephews, Greg Sikes (Jenny), Lance Sikes (Judy), Jay Sikes (Susan), Scott Hooten (Rachelle), Lance Hooten (Shelly), Joey Chastain (Wendy) and Brad Chastain (Randa); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lindsay Sikes, Grant Sikes, Shea Ivy, Kara McCasland, Emily Heinrichs, Luke Hooten, Jake Hooten, Anna Hooten, Zack Hooten, Colton Chastain, Alli Chastain, Rebecca Crawford, Chris Sikes, Meaghan Sikes and Madison Harris.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested a memorial be made to Woosley Cemetery in Frank's honor.
