He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Woods and Minnie Woods (Gardner); and his son Ernie, Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Delores "Dee" Larson; and his daughter Dawn. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Emory Methodist Church (456 N Texas St, Emory, TX 75440). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
