He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Delous and Sylvia Eloise Spicer (Worley); his siblings, Ray Spicer, Perry Spicer and Janet Spicer; and his daughter Laura Spicer.
He is survived by: his wife Alene Spicer (Dotson); his son Charlie Spicer; his grandson Justin Spicer; and his great grandchildren, Riley Spicer and Abby Spicer.
