Mitchell Carter and Barbara Jo Carter; his daughters, Lindsey Webster (Micah) and Jordan Perry (Jason); his grandchildren, Parker Webster, Phoenix Webster, Jayden Perry and Aubree Perry; his brother Randy Mitchell (Brenda); his niece Jennifer Phillips (Jeff); his great-niece Sidney Phillips; his great-nephew Reid Phillips; his niece Amanda Mitchell; his great-nephew Drake Mitchell; his sister Anita Schoenky Moyer (Ron); and his nephew Cole Schoenky.
