He was predeceased by: his brother Hapi Worley; and his grandparents, Floyd, Betty Adair, Gladys Barker and Jesse Worley.

He is survived by: his parents, Fred Worley and Sue Adair Worley; his children, Emily Diane Worley and Caden Matthew Worley; the parent of his children Kelly Worley; his siblings, Shane Worley, Tyson Worley (Jennifer) and Misty Mattson (Jay); his pets, Buster and Buddy; his nieces and nephews, Jacob Singleman, Trenton Worley, Ty Mattson, Kennedy Worley, Brooks Worley and Cannon Worley; and his close friend Keith Kenemore.
