It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Ruth Shotwell of Emory, Texas, born in Alba, Texas, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Leo Parker; her husband Calvin Melburn Shotwell Sr.; her sons, Calvin Melburn "Butch" Shotwell Jr., Larry Lynn Shotwell and Tony Dewayne Shotwell; her granddaughter Cara Ann Delmae Shotwell; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Adams Shotwell; her siblings, Bobby Earl Parker and Leola Faye Dunn; and her mother Lola Middleton Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Ruth Minor (Mark) of Sherman, Sylvia Jean Chadwick (Chad) of Ft. Worth, Jack E. Shotwell (Patricia) of Chandler and Steven Lee Shotwell (Cindy) of Combine. She is also survived by mother to her 7 children, Granny to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
