He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Mae Cole; his sons, Wesley Cole and William "Dooley" Cole; and his siblings, Vernon Cole, John Cole, Tommy Cole, Bennie Cole, Alfred Cole, Nettie Lee Nichols, Hazel Hall and Francis Hayden.
He is survived by: his brother Randy Cole; his children, Webster Cole, David (Karla Cole), Danny Cole, Anna (Glen Avery) and Cindy (Roy Avery); his daughter-in-law Kay Evans Cole; and his close friends, Rita Lawless, Terry, Beulah Muirhead and Wilson "Bubba" Ingram. He is also survived by Ten Grandchildren, Twenty Three Great Grandchildren.
