He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Prothro; his children, Jessica Verhalen (Christopher), Drake Riggs (Lindsay), Colton Prothro, Seth Prothro and Allyson Prothro; his siblings, Kelley Whatley, Terry Prothro, Larry Prothro, Christy Hopkins, Candi Baldwin, Kimberly Almeida (Tony) and Chad Powell (Linda); and his grandchildren, Paisleigh Riggs, Ophelia Verhalen and Jacqueline Verhalen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
