She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Bradshaw and Ethel Bradshaw; her siblings, Milton Bradshaw, Lionel D. Bradshaw, Jim Bradshaw and Emma Lou Watson; and her daughter Luanne Wellborn Riggs.
She is survived by: her daughter Jan Carter (Jerry); her grandchildren, Dale Carter (Melinda), Chelsea Hernandez (Peter) and Toby Riggs; and her great grandchildren, Cruz, Luca Hernandez and Bella Hernandez. She is also survived by loving nephews, nieces, and friends.
