He is survived by: his son Ray Garza; and his siblings, Elvia Rodriguez (Benito C.), Yolanda Cardoza (Oraldo), Anna Elizondo (Roberto), Emma Trevino (Demetrio), Sylvia Garza (Victor), Letisia Montelongo (Sigifredo), Jesus Garza (Ofelia), Juan Garza III (Suzanne) and Esteban Garza (Erica).
