He is survived by: his children, Roberto, Gabriela Idrogo (Miguel) and Claudia Espinoza (Roberto); his grandchildren, Biviana, Iriana Gutierrez (Jorge), Dyandra and Daniel; his siblings, Ricardo Palacios (Melody) and Cecilia Saenz (Cesar); and his close friend Gizmo.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fred Dickey Funeral & Cremation Services (1320 Trey Dr, Laredo, TX 78041). A rosary was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1718 San Jorge Ave, Laredo, TX 78040). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (3600 McPherson Ave, Laredo, TX 78041).
