He was predeceased by: his parent Eulogia Franco; his wife Minerva Franco; his father Raul Franco Cerda; and his siblings, Victor Franco Cantu, Saul Franco Cantu, Olegario Franco Cantu, Adan Franco Cantu and Hortencia Franco Cantu.
He is survived by: his son Javier Franco (Irma) of Elsa; and his sisters, Evita Franco Cantu, Herlinda Franco Cantu, Estela Franco Cantu and Otilia Franco Cantu.
