He was predeceased by: his parents, Fidel Davila and Petra Davila; and his siblings, Fidel Davila, Juan Davila, Guadalupe Davila, Ramiro Davila, Josefa Perez and Manuela Veanueva.

He is survived by: his wife Julia Davila; his children, Veronica Borders (Gregg), Chriselda Gonzales (Leo), Adriana Barron (Arturo), David Davila and Juan Alejandro Davila (Zulema); and his siblings, Sofia Villalpando, Francisca San Miguel, Magdalena Villalon, Adelina Uribe and Rosalba Romero.
