He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Garza, Sr. and Annie Doty. He is survived by: his wife Maria Alicia Garza; his daughters, Sabrina Franco (Jorge), Sandra Cavazos (Eddie) and Sarah Garza (Roy); and his sister Leonor Salazar. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
