He was predeceased by: his father Pedro G. Silva. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia P. Silva; his children, Christina Marie Hernandez (Ruben), David Silva Jr (Marivel) and Celina Ann Silva; his mother Ramona Silva; and his siblings, Sylvia, Pedro Jr., Juan (Gisela), Francisco (Careen), Miguel (Gabriela) and Homero (Lydia). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
