It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jackson of Elmo, Texas, born in Fruitvale, Texas, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas M. Grant and Maggie Mae Wright Grant; her husband Lee Roy Jackson; her daughters, Marlee Jackson and Carol Copeland; and her sister Lorene Webb Kurtz.
She is survived by: her son Allan Roy Jackson of Elmo, TX; her siblings, Shirley Bailey of Conroe, TX, Opal Marion of Athens, TX, Jean Marion of West Tawakoni, TX and Thomas Grant of Duncanville, TX; and her brother-in-law Coy Jackson of Rockwall, TX. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, family and friends.
