She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Curtis William and Rubye Zelma Yancey (Hobbs); her husband Weldon Ray Oats; her brothers, Rayford and Jack Yancey; her nieces and nephews, Brian, Brannon and Richard Oats (Richie); her children, Denny Oats (Alma) of Terrell, Gary Oats (Ramona) of Wills Point, Ronald Oats (Lila) of Elmo, Darlene Ward (Ron) of Canton, Bobby Oats (Brenda) of Elmo, Vicky Bunch (James) of Terrell, Anna Warner (Luke) of Grand Saline and Tami Wallace (William) of Terrell; her sisters, Ruth Meyer of Deer Park and Nelda Swaim of Paris; and her friend Juanita. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren.
