He is survived by: his wife Mary Davis Castillo; his daughters, Angela Valdez (George), Monica Castillo and Christina Escarcega (Daniel); his grandchildren, Ethan Valdez, Izaiah Valdez, Izabella Valdez, Avery Valdez, Daniel Escarcega, Cattalina Valdez and Dominic Escarcega; and his siblings, Dolores Cervantes, Yolanda Patterson, Manuel Castillo Jr. and Roy Castillo.
