He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan Blackburn and Irene Haby Blackburn; his stepfather Wilton Blackburn; and his siblings, Earl Blackburn and Ruth Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Dornak; his children, Crystal Gale Kincaid (Kevin) and Cody John Blackburn (Sandra); his grandchildren, Colton Perry Ross, Kailyn Faith Kincaid, Kyle Devon Kincaid, Kole Dalton Kincaid, Cody Ray Blackburn and Collin Jeffry Blackburn; and his siblings, Lester Lee Blackburn (Liz) and Joanetta Doan.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church of Floresville (1406 6th St, Floresville, TX 78114). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at the Floresville City Cemetery (2012 3rd St, Floresville, TX 78114).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Milton's memory may be directed to the First Lutheran Church of Floresville- Building Fund or the American Heart Association.
