David B. Guzman Obituary

David B. Guzman went to be with the Lord on February 9, 2021, at the age of 63. He was born on January 26, 1958 in San Antonio, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents, Esteban and Maria Guzman; sister, Janie Casanova, and brothers, Gilbert, Joe, Jesse and Sam Guzman. David is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Oralia Jean M. Guzman; daughters, Belinda Garcia (Daniel), Zena Orona, Melody Flores (Jojo) and Valeen Guzman (Geo); brother, Esteban Guzman (Rosemary); 9 grandchildren, Corey Garcia, Jesse M. Guzman, Megan Munoz, Jonathan Orona (Amber), Jennifer Rodriguez, Saleen Acosta, Aryanna Reyes, Nevaeh Acosta and Jeorge Rodriguez, and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

David was one of a kind. He's was a man who prided himself when it came to his family. He was hard working, devoted, and loving among so many other things. He enjoyed spending time outdoors fixing cars, riding his Harley, and taking family trips. David loved spending time and visiting with others. The lessons he taught each time he spoke will never be forgotten, and the love he put into everything he did remains around to be seen.

There's too many great things to list about this man, and no words to describe him fully. David is loved and will never be forgotten. Visitation will be Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South. Funeral procession will depart the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. for a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Elmendorf, TX on Friday, February 26, 2021.

Interment to follow at St. Anthony Cemetery in Elmendorf, TX.
