He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Glaze and Ima June Glaze (Wortham); his wife Virginia Glaze (Schutza); and his brother Harry Asquith. He is survived by: his former wife Virginia "Ginny" Schutza; his children, Darren Glaze and Paula Glaze; and his grandchildren, Amber Glaze-Mosley, Dustin Glaze, Tyler Glaze, Virginia Berger and Brittany Berger. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
