She was predeceased by: her parents, Van Newton Thomas and Toy May Thomas (Yarbrough); and her husband Edward Wesley Phillips. She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Farmer (Boyd) and Lana Bailey (Michael Ray); her grandchildren, Joshua McAninch (Kat), Melanie Wade, Laci Chisenhall (Aaron) and Marley Bailey; her great grandchildren, Hayden Wade, Tanner McAninch, Jackson McAninch, Lila Chisenhall and Lyra Chisenhall; her brother Mike Thomas (Kay, family: Chris Thomas); and her nieces and nephews, Trinity and Tristin. She is also survived by nephew and family.
