With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Tellez of Elm Mott, Texas, born in Rosebud, Texas, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Tellez and Leonarda Tellez; his daughter Leona Terri Tellez; and his siblings, Petra Rodriquez, Santiaga Lopez, Concepcion Carrizales, Lorraine Montelongo, Leonor T. Lopez, Guadalupe Rael (Lupe) and Catarino Tellez.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; and his children, Victoria Tellez, Vera Marie Tellez Jarmon (Michael Jarmon), Joe Tellez Jr., Lorenzo Tellez and Harold Due (Linda). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
