He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhea Woosley (Cooper) and Hiram Woosley Sr.; and his siblings, Hiram Woosley Jr., Henry Woosley and Helen Horn.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Woosley (Grimland) of Elm Mott; his children, Todd Woosley (Debby) of Ripley, MS and Shana Woosley (Roy Criswell) of West; his grandchildren, Tiffany Woosley of West and Christian Hudson (Payton Ferguson) of West; his great grandchild Preston "PJ" Sparks; and his pet CoCo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a very long list of friends.
