He is survived by: his children, Amy Ann (Don Sivils) and Douglas Dwayne (Lindsay); his stepchildren, Raymond Dale (Amanda) and Erin Michelle (Jeff Progelhof); his sister Naomi "Darlene" Hool-Walker; his wife Margaret Conkel; and his grandchildren, Andy, Simone, Skye, Morgan, Alex, Houston, Sydney, Hanna and Carter.
