With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Guzman (Ellinger, Texas), born in Simonton, Texas, who passed away on August 10, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Patricia Rhemann Goates and George Haskell Goates; her sister Patsy Goates Bolin; and her brothers-in-law, Bud Sumrall and Pete Gomez.
She is survived by: her husband Nicky Guzman; and her children, Regina Guzman of Bryan and Kenneth Wayne Guzman of Flatonia. She is also survived by five sisters, six grandchildren, five brothers in law and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church in Ellinger, Texas or to The American Cancer Society.
