She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Alma George and Elbert Posey; her son Ricky Brooks; and her siblings, George Posey, Fabris "Kay" Wood and Betty Stone.
She is survived by: her son Phillip Brooks (Mary); her grandsons, Brandon Brooks (Kristen) and Ricky Brooks (Kenzi); and her great grandchildren, MyKyla, Kimber, Camden, Sayler Brooks, Mason and Hunter Lee.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bailey & Foster Funeral Home (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bailey & Foster Chapel (207 S Magnolia St, Palestine, TX 75801).
