He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira L. Morel, Sr. and Jessie Ney Young Morel; and his sisters, Sophie Neel and Althea Jones. He is survived by: his wife Jane Morel; his daughter Kimberly Morel; his sisters, Sally Mitchell and Shirley Hardcastle; his grandson Nikolaus Blythe; and his great grandchild Dominick Blythe.
