He is survived by: his wife Janette Bishop Smith; his daughters, Amanda Smith McNulty (Kamron McNulty) and Alicia Smith Dodson (JD Dodson); his grandchildren, Tristan, Parker, Peyton and Braelyn; and his brothers, Rod (Dianne), Randy (Kathy), Rick and Barry (Miranda).
