He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Odell Osmer and Katie Iretta Jenkins Osmer; his siblings, Josephine Locke, Betty Jean Puepke, Clayton Osmer, Cecil Osmer and Clifford Osmer; his wife Sharon Osmer; his sons, John Daniel "Danny" Osmer (Sebrina), Timothy Joe Osmer, Allen Keith Williams (Amanda) and Willie Carl Osmer, II (Kendra); and his siblings, Cynthia Perkins, Linda Ridgle, Clyde Osmer (Sharon) and Clint Osmer. He was also cherished by fourteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
