He is survived by: his wife Matilde Hernandez; his sisters, Rebecca Ortega, Janie Marciel and Alice Hernandez; his children, Arthur Hernandez (Janie), Guadalupe "Wally" (Macaria), Gilbert Hernandez (Lupe), Rosemary Hadi (Habib) and Debbie Maldonado (Roy); and his grandchildren, Amy Vasquez, Shahram Hadi, Arthur Hernandez, Jr., Andrew Hernandez (Krystal), Amanda Hernandez, Laura Gutierrez (Phillip), Roy Anthony Maldonado, Jr., Daniella Maldonado, Gabriella Hernandez, Christian Hernandez and Angelica Hernandez. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
