He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Dale Cathey and Martha Marie Ketchem Cathey. He is survived by: his wife Vikki; his sons, Ryan Cathey (Farran) of Ozona, Russell Cathey (Chelsi) of Eldorado and Rance Cathey (Kali) of Eldorado; his siblings, Kim Lyons (Steve) of Osage, TX and Coby Cathey of Brownwood; and his grandchildren, Atleigh, Ansley, Finley, Emma, Molly, Brooklyn, Jaxson and Rhett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Eldorado Golf Club.
