He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Griffin (Blair) and John Richard Griffin (Jack); and his brothers, Derl Griffin and Dan Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Kerr Griffin (Kerr) of Eldorado, Texas; his children, Kim Griffin of San Angelo, Texas, Lori Osborne (John) of Menard, Texas and Kirk Griffin (Holly) of Eldorado, Texas; his grandchildren, Dena Betters, Trent Manning, Amanda Jones, Madelon Parker, Lans Osborne, Lane Griffin and Elizabeth Griffin; and his siblings, Johnny Griffin (Julie) of Eldorado, Texas, Karen Henderson (Sam) of Eldorado and Joan Sanders (Paul) of Castell, Texas.. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
