He is survived by: his wife Luz Hernandez Belman; his children, Victor Belman (Sylvia Belman), Hisidoro H. Belman, Jr., Cecilia Castaneda (Baltazar Castaneda) and Corinna Belman Villa (Orlando Villa); and his sisters, Linda Lewis (Dennis Lewis), Lidia Guerrero and Josie Knight. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and also numerous nieces and nephews.
