He is survived by: his wife Melissa Palmer; his children, Katherine Burrill, Amanda Quennell, Kirsten Gross and Justin Gross; his father George Palmer; and his siblings, Christain Palmer and Yvonne Massey. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Ft. Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
