He was predeceased by: his parents, John Drugan and Joan Drugan; his sister Cathy Chavez; and his nephews, Joe Edward Chavez and Joshua Drugan.
He is survived by: his brothers, John (Marie), Jim (Jean) and Bob (Shirley); and also Colleen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home- Americas (9521 N Loop Dr, El Paso, TX 79907). A rosary was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - Americas (9521 N Loop Dr, El Paso, TX 79907). A Mass was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church (8600 Winchester Rd, El Paso, TX 79907). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery (401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907, USA).
