She was loved and cherished by many people including: her daughter Veronica Portillo (Mark); her grandchildren, Noah Medina and Sydney Elorreaga (Jason); her great grandchild Leia Elorreaga; her brother Francisco "Kiko" Arriola (Hortencia "Tencha"); her nieces and nephews, Melissa, Michelle, Xavier, Armando "Mando" Jr., Hector, Zelma, Irma, Leticia, Rose and Guadalupe "Lupe" Salas; her sister Guadalupe "Lupe" Salas; her nieces, Yvonne and Sylvia; her nephew Roberto Jr.; her parents, Amelia and Enrique; and her brother Roberto.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Homes - East (750 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A rosary was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St Pius X Catholic Church (1050 N Clark Dr, El Paso, TX 79905).
