He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kenneth Ruhl and Dorothy DeWolfe Ruhl. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Kenneth, Patrick and Suzy (Lee); his daughter-in-law Teri; and his grandchildren, Caiman, Everett, Kaylee, Zachary, Maddox, Jolie and Rue.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Del Sol Church East Campus (11051 Vista Del Sol Dr, El Paso, TX 79935).
