He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Owen and Ann Owen (Newell); his brother Joe Owen; and his mother-in-law Peggy Holland. He is survived by: his children, Angela Owen-Salas of Burleson, TX, Kerry Owen (Shawna) of Denver, CO and Robin Kincaid of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Mia, Adriel, Mackenzie, Mason, Jessica and Savannah; his siblings, Terry, Steven, Mike, Tony Owen and Kristal Wolfe; and his half-brothers, Chris and Larry Newell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center (3940 N Vermilion St, Danville, IL 61834). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
