He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Blanco and Alicia Blanco; and his daughter Alexandra Blanco. He is survived by: his wife Dora Blanco; his daughters, Vivian Blanco, Paola Enriquez and Claudia Gilbertson; his grandchildren, Diego Enriquez and Rachel Enriquez; and his siblings, Thomas Blanco and Marie Isela Rodriguez.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the San Jose Funeral Home-East (10950 Pellicano Dr, El Paso, TX 79935). A rosary will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Carmel Cemetery (401 S Zaragoza Rd, El Paso, TX 79907).
