He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Axtell (Jay), Tracy Peck (Dave), Michelle Kirby (Rebecca), Barbara Washington (Warren) and Beverly Ortiz (David); and his sisters, Ruth Ann Butler and Teressa Williams. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren.
