Though Maria Eva may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Maria Eva touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her husband Jose Clemente Zubia. She is survived by: her children, Jose A. Zubia (Maria De Jesus), Norma Luz Morales (Alfonso), Hector M. Zubia and Ana V. Reyes. She is also survived by many Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-great Grandchildren.

A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Hillcrest Funeral Home (1060 N Carolina Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hope Church (7728 Alameda Ave, El Paso, TX 79915). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (4848 Alps Dr, El Paso, TX 79904).
