She was predeceased by: her parents, Anatolia Vega and Atanacio Vega; her husband Arturo Arriaga; her daughter Vivian Arriaga; her granddaughters, Christina, Crystal and Melissa Arriaga; and her siblings, Aurelia, Atanacio and Guadalupe.
She is survived by: her children, Arturo Vega, Robert, Ricard, Arlene, Mark, Gerald and Yvette Arriaga; and her siblings, Espiridon, Ramon, Augustine, Rogelio, Theresa, Esther and Herminia. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Perches Funeral Home - East (2280 Joe Battle Blvd, El Paso, TX 79938). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the San Antonio Catholic Church (503 Hunter Dr, El Paso, TX 79915). A committal service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
