He is survived by: his sons, Marcos Casiano (Beatrice Do) and Jose Casiano (Maria Elena Casiano); his sister-in-law Flereda Rivera; his grandsons, Michael Joseph Casiano, Christopher John Casiano, Anthony Charles Casiano and Joseph Anthony Carrera; and his great grandchildren, Lana Casiano, Charlotte Casiano, Penelope Casiano, Oliver Casiano, Caroline Casiano and Henry Casiano.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Central (3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903). A rosary was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St Raphael Catholic Church (2301 Zanzibar Rd, El Paso, TX 79925). A burial was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
