He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Bertha Castillo De Madrid; his daughters, Maria Cristina Portillo and Anna Barbarita Madrid; and his grandchildren, Jasmine Portillo, Ricardo Marquez, Jose Portillo, Angelica Marquez Jocelyn Portillo, Israel Portillo, Yulianna Villa, Jesse Villa Yesenia Villa, Jazzlyn Rodriguez, Czarina Camposano and Romeo Nuñez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the San Jose Funeral Home East. A Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cristo Rey Catholic Church. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery. A rosary was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM.
