As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joe may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Medrano and Manuela Medrano. He is survived by: his wife Bertha G. Medrano; his children, Gilbert Medrano (Teri), Elvia Galindo (Alberto), Gracie Hernandez (Rick), Cristina Hernandez (Jaime) and Cindy Candia (Tony); and his siblings, Rosalio Medrano, Manuela Alvarado and Lucy Barletta. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeraria (3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903).
