In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Hortencia had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Hortencia may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her husband Apolinar Palacios; and her daughter Maria Elena White. She is survived by: her children, Paul Jacob Palacios, Irma D. Winbush, Irne Saucier and Margie Jurado. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren & 14 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeraria Del Angel Martin Central (3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 12:15 PM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (9025 Diana Dr, El Paso, TX 79904). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery (5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906).
