He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolfo Silva and Belia Ramirez. He is survived by: his children, Heriberto R. Silva Jr., Angel Silva, Gilberto Silva, Albert Silva, Javier Silva, Robert Silva, Edna SIlva, Patricia SIlva, Cinthia Silva, Velma Silva and Martha Irene Silva. He is also survived by 39 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Funeraria (8817 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (9025 Diana Dr, El Paso, TX 79904). A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery (8700 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904).
